HuddleNotes is designed to keep your data on your device.
Nothing. HuddleNotes does not create an account, does not require sign-in, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
Audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, action items, and any voice profiles you create are stored only on your device, inside the app's private storage. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
HuddleNotes works fully offline. The app does not transmit your recordings, transcripts, or any personal data over the internet.
Transcription and summarization are performed on your device using Apple's on-device technologies. Your audio and text are not sent to external servers for processing.
You are in control of sharing. If you choose to export or send a meeting (for example via AirDrop, Mail, the share sheet, or a .huddle file), that content leaves your device only because you initiated the action, and goes only where you direct it.
HuddleNotes uses the microphone solely to record meetings when you start a recording. Audio is saved locally.
HuddleNotes does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date.
